我国近年来在污水处理和回用方面有了很大的进展,取得了一些成就,但与发达国家相比,与我国经济快速发展及人民生活水平提高的要求,还有很大的差距,存在着许多的问题,因此必须采取有力的措施解决这些问题,改变污水处理和回用的落后状况。

We have made great progress in the disposal and recycling of dirty water in recent years.Compared with developed country,there is still a large gap in the development of economy of China and people's living standard.It still exists a lot of problems.We must take forceful measures to solve them to change the state of falling behind in the disposal and recycling of dirty water in China.
