职技高师作为新型师资培养院校面临着教师基本技能课程设置不合理的问题。本文在教师基本技能类课程的设置、课程结构柔性化和教学方法与手段等几个方面,为教师基本技能课程改革提出了思路。

As a new type college which trains teachers for vocational and techical schools,higher teachers college of vocation and technology faces some.problems in course provision.The article puts forward the train of thought to reform the teachers' basic skill course from the aspects of course provision,teaching method and means,etc.
