我国第三方物流业还处在起步阶段,许多物流从业人员由专门的其他技术人员转变过来,缺乏系统的物流管理知识。同时,国家的物流高等教育和职业教育还比较落后,这也导致了高素质物流人才的缺乏。而且,许多民营企业激励机制还不是很健全,导致许多物流人才流失,很大程度上制约第三方物流企业的发展。本文从高校培养、社会培养及企业培养三个方面论述了加快培养我国第三方物流企业人才的策略。
