摘要
针对我国目前的建筑状况,旧的建筑物比较多,且对旧的建筑内的用电安全还没有引起足够的重视,经常发生触电事故,也是由于我国对低压电气线路安全知识不够普及的情况下,撰写此文。本文以TN及TT系统的不同接地故障形式以及雷电引起的高电压阐述MEB对降低危险电压Uc的作用。
There are many old buildings in our countries at present.We haven't paid enough attention to using electricity safely in such old construction,so electric shocks frequently occur.Because of the lack of the knowledge of the low pressure electricity,we develop this thesis.This text elaborates the function of the MEB to lower dangerous electric voltage Uc on the base of the high electric voltage that a ground of breakdown form and thunder and lightning cause and by the dissimilarity of the TN and the TT system.
