摘要
尽管近几年学校管理研究呈现出前所未有的繁荣局面,但大部分都在沿承一种代入性的应用研究模式。并没有探讨适合学校的管理模式。教师是学校管理中重要组成部份,有其特殊性。认知、研究这个群体,对于学校合理管理模式的确定,是非常有必要的。
School management studies in a great measure followed a applied research pattern of substitute not a management pattern of adapting to school,although school management studies have already displayed a phase of unprecedented prosperity.Teachers are the important composing part in school management and have their particularities.It is especially indispensable to perceive and study this group for ascertaining the reasonable school management pattern.
