各级共青团组织和干部作为党的助手和后备军,其作风如何直接关系到党和人民的千秋大业和未来,各级共青团组织和干部作风总的来说是好的、向上的,但毋庸讳言,仍存在着诸多不足。要从切实加强思想教育,端正学风、工作作风、思想作风等方面来加强共青团干部作风建设。

As the assistant and reserve of Communist Party,the style of organizations and cadres of the Communist League has direct relation to everlasting great cause and future of Communist Party and people.From the general aspect,it is good and upward,but it still exist many deficiency surely.To strengthen the construction of League cadres' style,we should intensify the ideological education,and pay more attention to correctitude style of study,work,ideology and etc.
