随着社会转型、政府重心的下移,大量的社会职能向社区回归和转移。当前社区建设主要面临着角色定位和经费紧张等难题,要突破这些瓶颈,需要各方的关注、重视以及措施的跟进、机制的健全。

With the trend of social shift and the downward trend of government work focus,plentiful social functions have return and shift to community.Currently,community construction faces the main problems such as role orientation,outlay strain and etc.To break through these difficulties,we need attention of parties,following measure should be much accounted of,and sound mechanism should be built.
