摘要
我国2001年修订的《婚姻法》首次以法律规定形式确定了探望权制度,客观上弥补了我国婚姻法中探望权制度的缺失,但是,随着婚姻法在实践中的应用,探望权制度中的一些规定存在的缺陷、不足之处逐渐显露出来。需要在实践中不断加以完善。
In year of 2001,our emendatory 《Marriage Law》 published visitation right system in the form of law for the first time.Objectively it is the reparation of visitation right system in marriage law,but,limitations and deficiencies of some prescripts in visitation right system showed with the application in practice of marriage law.Visitation right system in practise should be improved constantly.
