摘要
建设创新型国家是我国面向21世纪的一项重要举措和奋斗目标,是我国适应国际形势的新特点和基本国情而做出的必然选择。为实现这一目标,我们应立足于我国当前的实际状况,全面把握并冷静分析我国与世界创新型国家的差距,从增强自主创新能力入手,重视创新人才的培养,创设良好的社会创新环境。
As one important act and striving object in 21th century for China,construction of innovative nation is the only choice for china's adapt for new characteristics of international trend and the basic situation of country.To realize the object,we should grasp and analyse the difference between our nation and innovative nations on the base of China's actuality,and we should attach importance to the cultivation of innovative talents and create new social innovative environment from the aspect of cultivation of independent innovation ability.
