摘要
知识密集型服务业在现代经济和社会扮演着越来越重要的角色,作为典型的知识密集型服务业,金融服务业中有效的知识管理将大大促进其服务创新的开展,是提升金融企业竞争力的有力保证。文章提出金融服务创新过程的本质是知识转移和开发客户关系,并根据金融服务创新过程,分析服务创新各阶段知识转移特性及知识获取和扩散过程。
Knowledge-Intensive Business Service(KIBS) plays more and more important role in economy and society.As a typical KIBS,financial service is facilitated a lot by knowledge management,which greatly enhances the financial firm's competence.Based on the literature and case study,this paper puts forward the idea that the nature of innovation process is the relationship between knowledge transfer and client-development,and it also analyzes the problems of acquisition and dispersion of the knowledge management in financial service innovation process.
