摘要
中小企业家作为企业发展的领头人,是企业信用的决定因素。然而现有中小企业信用评价中缺乏对企业家信用的评价。运用古典信用评分法,根据中小企业家的信用特征和信用表现,分析影响企业家信用的影响因素,构建中小企业家信用评价指标体系,补充现有中小企业信用评价的不足,提高中小企业信用评价的准确性和可靠性。
The entrepreneurs in small and medium-sized business(SMB) are the leading persons of the business development and the determining factors of the business credit.But the current evaluation of SMB credit is lac-king in entrepreneur credit rating.Based on the classical credit rating methods and characteristics of entrepre-neurs,the paper attempts to analyze the influential factors of them so as to build the rating index system and supply its shortage and improve the veracity and the reliability of SMB credit evaluation.
