党性修养理论是我们党在长期革命和建设的历史中形成的一大党建特色。在新的历史条件下,保持共产党员先进性要求探索一套长效机制。而要建立长效机制,党性修养不容忽视。本文针对新形势下党面临的严峻的挑战,提出党性修养的新内涵和新方法,对于保持党员先进性,建立保证党员先进性的长效机制,增强党的执政能力建设有重要意义。

The theory of the Self-cultivation of Party Spirit is one of the characteristics of Party building which forms in long-term revolution and construction.Under the new historical condition,to keep the advancement of the Communists needs exploring a set of mechanism with long-term effect,while the self-cultivation of Party spirit is not allowed to be neglected for such a mechanism.Faced with the tough challenge for our Party on the new situation,the paper proposes a new connotation and methods of the Self-cultivation of Party Spirit,which is of vital significance in maintaining the advancement of the Communists,establishing the long-term effective mechanism as well as enhancing the ruling ability construction.
