The Transfer of Surplus Labor Force in the Countryside

囿于我国农村人多地少的实际,建设社会主义新农村绝对不能就农村论农村,其长远出路要靠城市化进程的加快,加速农村剩余劳动力的转移。本文在社会主义新农村的背景下分析了我国农村剩余劳动力转移的必要性,应当选择的路径以及必要的政策保障。

Because of the larger population with relatively less land in the countryside,the reconstruction of new socialist villages should not be bounded to the villages themselves,but with the more promising way to speed up the process of urbanization and to accelerate the transfer of surplus labor force in the rural areas.Based on the background of new socialist countryside,this article analyses the necessity of transfering surplus labor force in the countryside,the choice of ways and necessary policy support for the transfer as well.
