Promoting Huang's Spirit and Speeding up the Step of Open Policy

本文主张发挥福建的区位优势和侨乡优势,借鉴黄乃裳先生组织民众到马来西亚诗巫参与开发的做法,加快我省经济发展"走出去"的步伐,并提出了具体的思路和设想。

This paper focuses on how to speed up the step of open policy by taking the advantages of Fujian's geography and mothercounty of overseas Chinese,and following the way of Huang Naishang's organizing Chinese labor to take participate in developing Shiwu,Malaysia.
