借鉴ISO9000族标准的思想构建高职高专院校教学质量保障体系

From the System of ISO9000 to Construct the Ensuring System for the Teaching Quality in Vocational Colleges

教学质量是学校的生命,也是学校的立校之本,更是学校核心竞争力之所在。教学质量保障体系的建立与完善,是提高学校人才培养质量的重要组成部分。在经济全球化的今天,高职高专院校如何定位、如何发展,是大家共同关心的一个课题。本文借鉴ISO9000族质量管理体系标准的思想,结合高职高专院校人才培养工作水平评估指标体系内涵,力求探索构建一套适合高职高专院校自身发展需要的教学质量保障体系及其有效的运行监督机制,以期起一个抛砖引玉的作用。

Teaching quality is the essential aspect in running a college and it is regarded as the core competitive power of a college.The ensuring system for the teaching quality plays an important role in improving the quality of the talented.With the economic globalization,it is a hot topic how to orient and develop the professional college.This paper,combining the connotation of the evaluation indexes system for raising the talents in vocational colleges,tries to approach to the construction of a set of ensuring system for the teaching quality and its effective operating and supervising mechanism to meet the need of self-development in the professional college by drawing on the experience from the system of ISO9000 criteria for quality control.
