Retrospect and Thought on the Western Education Modernization

本文沿着西方教育现代化发展的轨迹,回顾了其孕育、形成与发展、成熟与完善的三个基本阶段,分析了在这些过程中所体现出来的基本特征,并结合我国的教育现代化对其进行一定的思考。

This paper reviews the three basic phases of the western education modernization-induction,formation and development,maturity and improvement-by tracing its trail of development.Meanwhile,thoughts are put forward on its characteristics embodied in the three processes in the combination with the education modernization in China.
