高校女职工是特殊的知识型女性群体,她们的工作已成为高校工会工作的主体。工会女工组织是连接高校党组织和教职工的前沿阵地,具有教书育人、管理育人和服务育人的三重职能。在当前社会转制的新形势下,充分借助高校女职工"半边天"的优势,从对她们思想、工作和生活上的关心入手,创造条件以最大程度地发挥她们的潜在作用,更快地适应高校改革的变化趋势。

Worker union,with the three functions of teaching,managing and serving,is the joint point between the leading organization and the whole staff in a university.Under a new condition of the transitional society,female staff take a half part at college,and they should be paid much attention to in terms of work and life to meet the need of the reform in the university.
