浅谈高校高层次人才的引进与培养

On the Introduction and Training of High-level Talents in Higher Institutions

高校高层次人才在促进海峡西岸经济区建设中肩负重要的历史使命。本文就福建省高校高层次人才队伍建设现状,分析高校高层次人才的引进与培养工作存在的问题,从加强领导、增加投入、完善管理、优化环境等方面进一步阐述加强高校高层次人才培养与引进的对策措施。

High-level talents in higher institutions assume a significant historical mission in the promotion of the construction of the economic zone on the Western Coast of Taiwan Straits.Based on the current situation of the team-building of high-level talents in Fujian's higher learning institutions,this paper gives an analysis of the existing problems in their introduction and training of high-level talents.Countermeasures are brought forward from various perspectives like strengthening the leadership,increasing inputs,improving management and optimizing environment so as to further strengthen the introduction and training of high-level talents in higher learning institutions.
