摘要
本文利用效用函数,通过效用最大化分析得出投标者的策略,并讨论了风险偏好系数对投标策略的影响。此外还讨论了恶意出价的情况,指出招标者可通过采取一定的机制来防范投标者的恶意出价,旨在剖析招投标过程招标者和投标者采取的策略,以能使双方达到双赢的目的。
The paper educes the strategy of tenderer from utility maximization analysis by utility function,and discusses the impact of risk-partial function to bidding strategy.Besides,it also expatiates the vicious bidding and points out that tenderee could avoid the vicious bidding of tenderer by certain mechanism,in order to achieve a win-win result of both parts by elucidating the strategy taken by tenderer and tenderee during bidding.
