论我国当前制定行政程序法的可行性

随着我国依法治国、依法行政的不断推进,迫切需要制定一部统一的行政程序法来制约行政权力。分析了当前中国的社会情况和行政程序法的研究深度,论证了当前制定行政程序法的时机已经成熟,具有可行性。

With the advancement of managing a country and administration by law,it’s urgently necessary to constitute the unified administration formality laws to restrict the administration power.This paper analyses the social situation in present China and the profundity of studying administration formality laws.The writer points out the feasibility as well as that the time has come when administration formality laws shall be constituted.
