摘要
本文介绍了纳米碳一维(1D)光子晶体、二维(2D)光子晶体和三维(3D)光子晶体在理论和实验方面国内外的研究进展。重点评述了主要由C60和石墨构成的三类光子晶体的结构特点及带隙性质,并提出C60及其衍生物可能成为未来可见光、紫外线波段光子晶体的候选材料。
