随着普通高校体育教学课程改革的发展,为了使体育选项课更好的为学生接受并达到教学目的,将篮球竞赛规则引入了课堂教学,探讨了如何提高学生的基本技能。实验结果表明,竞赛规则结合技战术教学能提高学生学习的积极性,比较适合课程改革的要求和有助于提高学生对篮球技能的掌握。
