根据指标体系设计的原则,结合导弹武器系统科技项目中评估的特点,从项目需求、技术水平、进展情况、组织管理、质量保证、预期效益和资源条件7个方面建立了导弹武器系统科技项目中评估指标体系.将该评估指标体系应用于某型反舰导弹武器系统科技项目中评估,计算结果能够较好反映实际情况.

Index system is the base of project evaluation.Base on index system design principle,the Interim evaluation index system was established from seven aspects,such as project requirement,technology,progression situation,organizational management,quality assurance,anticipation benefit,resource,coupled with the feature of missile weapon system scientific project interim evaluation.The index system is applied on anti-ship missile weapon system scientific project interim evaluation,and the calculation result could reflect practice very well.
