空巢老人生活质量与心理健康的相关研究

Study on Quality of Life and Psychological health of Empty Nest Elderly

目的探讨空巢老人生活质量与心理健康水平的相关性;为提高空巢老人的生活质量和心理卫生服务提供客观依据。方法采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对滨州市2～3个社区和滨州医学院附属医院老年内科住院的300名老人进行问卷调查。结果空巢老人的生活质量与性别、年龄、职业、婚姻状况、子女关系、经济收入有关。影响心理健康的因素依次有性别、年龄、经济状况、婚姻状况、与子女关系、社会支持。空巢老人的SCL-90测评结果与生活质量综合评定(GQOLI-74)结果呈一致性,空巢老人生活质量的好坏直接影响空巢老人的心理健康水平。结论既要重视空巢老人的躯体健康,更要重视空巢老人的心理卫生水平和健康教育,帮助老人形成积极的心理防御能力,关心老人的生活起居和情感需求,提高空巢老人的生活质量。

Objectives To study on the correlation of quality of life and psychological health of empty nest elderly and give a support on improve the quality of life and psychological health services on empty nest elderly. Methods It was investigated 300 empty nest elderly in 2 districts and 1 hospital of Binzhou city.GQOLI-74 and SCL-90 scales were used. Results There was a correlation on the quality of life and sex,age,occupation,marital status,children-parents rapport and economic incomes.And there was a correlation on the psychological health and sex,age,economic status,marital status,children-parents rapport and social supports.There was a consistence on the results of GQOLI-74 and SCL-90 scales and the good or bad of quality of life had directly influence on the psychological health of empty nest elderly. Conclusion Both the physical health and the psychological health of empty nest elderly should be concerned and help the elderly have the capacity of psychological health and care about the life and needs of mind in order to improve on the quality of life on empty nest elderly.
