摘要
研究了20Mn2SiVB贝氏体钢经920℃完全奥氏体化后,在420℃等温过程中显微组织的变化;结果表明,20Mn2SiVB在贝氏体等温转变时,粒状贝氏体主要是由贝氏体铁素体不断产生及其对奥氏体的不断分割而形成,仅见有少量贝氏体的合并现象。在420℃等温5min后可获得较高的强度和塑性,具有一定的TRIP效应。
After austefization at 920℃,the changes of microstructure of 20Mn2SiVB bainite steel at constant temperatuce was studied in this paper the results show that when 20Mn2SiVB changes at constant temperture granular bainte was mainly produced by hainite and its ceaseless diviston of austenite only little combination of bainite was found higher degvee of stnength and plas- ticity can be obtained after being at constant 420℃,for 5minutes it has certain TRIP effect.
