The paper sets up goal and qualifications for cultivating talents in light of scientific outlook for talents and the quality with the following features: good at laboring;able to design;knowing marketing;having good basic knowledge;high comprehensive quality.It also expounds their having set up course system and teaching mode as its main purpose in order to raise the students' ability in applying engineering technology.
