摘要
论述了我国行政公益诉讼现状,提出了我国建立行政公益诉讼制度的依据,以及我国建立行政公益诉讼制度的途径。
This essay states the analysis of the present situation of China's executive public service lawsuit and puts forward the basis in constructing the system of executive public service lawsuit and the way of doing it as well.
