将运用DEA(数据包络分析)方法对企业管理效率进行评价,并进一步分析各决策单元非DEA有效的原因、确定其改进方向。本文旨在为管理者提供科学的决策信息,从而提高企业的综合管理效率。

This paper evaluates the management efficiency of enterprises by using the method of DEA ( Data Envelopment Analysis) . It analyzes the reason of ineffective DMU, and determines the direction of improvement. It tries to supply information for scientific decisions to the managers. Thereby we can enhance the integrated management efficiency.
