摘要
采用问卷调查的方法,对311名高校教师亚健康状况进行调查研究。提出合理的建议,提高教师自我保健意识,加大工会、医院和心理咨询工作的力度,改善高校教师队伍的身心健康状况,保证教学科研任务的顺利进行。
The death of university teachers tragedy happened frequently. This paper does an investigation on the state of sub - health of 311 college teachers through questionnaire . It puts forward reasonable proposals to enhance the awareness of self - care for the teachers, and the work strength of trade unions, hospitals and psychological counseling work in order to improve the physical and mental health of the contingent of teachers to secure teaching and research tasks that are carried out smoothly.
