摘要
本文针对如何提高应用型本科院校电力学生实践和创新能力进行了探讨,提出了在转变教学观念、优化人才培养方案、注重工程实践氛围、走产学研合作教育之路等方面进行改革的途径与措施。
This paper is to discuss the possible means and measures to train students with creative as well as pragmatic abilities, and changing teaching idea, optimizing the personnel training scheme, attaching importance to project practice atmosphere, learning and working with product are proposed.
