摘要
随着高校扩招和就业制度的改革,大学生的就业形势越来越严峻。如何正确分析当前的就业形势,帮助大学毕业生成功就业,这是摆在每位大学毕业生乃至高校教育工作者面前的突出问题。笔者在充分研究大学生就业问题的基础上提出解决大学生就业的新思路。
The situation of college students’employment becomes more and more difficult. It’s been a big problem for all graduates and even all college educational workers who have to face that how to analyze the employment situation correctly and help the students to be employed successfully. The writer raises some new methods to solve the employment problems on the basis of a thorough study of college students’employment.
