死缓制度废除论

死缓制度作为限制死刑实际执行数量的一种死刑执行方式,在我国建国初期发挥了相当大的作用,但是由于其存在着自身无法克服的弊端,应当退出历史舞台。本文论述的就是死缓制度废除的应然性。

The system of death penalty with reprieve,as a way of execution to restrict the practical amount of death penalty,played an important role in the early days of PRC.But because of its insoluble disadvantages,it should withdraw from historical arena.This paper expounds the necessity of abolishing the system of death penalty with reprieve.
