摘要
面对着中国教育“转型期”的到来,开放远程教育为了得到主流体制的认同与接纳,摆脱在高等教育资源重组过程中被继续“边缘化”的处境,纷纷与其他办学实体合并来整合教育资源。教育资源的调整为电大发展提供了机遇,也带来很大的挑战。面对这些问题,只有客观分析其产生的原因,才能提出切实可行的解决途径,从而为电大的可持续发展提供借鉴。
Confronted with the arrival of the 'transitional period' of education in China, distance education, in order to be accepted by mainstream of educational systems and shake off the situation of continuing to be marginalized in the process of higher education resource restructuring, is trying to merge with other school-running entity to integrate the educational resources. The adjusting of educational resources bring for the TVU's development both opportunities and challenges. Given such a situation, to obtain feasible solutions we should only objectively analyze the reasons for the above mentioned problems so as to guarantee the TVU's sustainable development.
