我国公民道德建设中的困惑问题及对策

The Problems in Chinese Citizens' Moral Construction and their countermeasures

由于受东西方文化交融、经济体制转轨和社会转型等诸因素的影响,当前我国在公民道德建设领域普遍存在着道德评价失范、价值取向混乱、非道德主义泛滥和道德知行分离等道德困惑问题。为加强公民道德教育和道德建设,就要着力加强公民的道德心理培养,提高公民的道德水平,积极塑造公民道德个体的主体人格、主体意识等,并把公民道德建设与全面提升公民素质结合起来,把道德教育与法制管理结合起来。

Due to the influence of such factors as the mingling of the Eastern and Western culture,the transformation of the economic structure and the social transformation,such moral problems widely exist in the field of Chinese citizens' morality construction as the losing of the norm of the moral evaluation,the confusion of the value choice,the overflowing of non-moralism and the separation of moral knowledge and practice etc.In order to enhance the citizens' moral education and the moral construction,it is essential to concentrate our efforts on strengthening the cultivation of the citizens' moral psychology and the ability of moral knowledge and practice and to actively mould the citizens' subjective personality and consciousness;furthermore,we should combine the morality construction with the all-round increasing of the citizens' quality,and the morality education with the legal system management.
