对三门峡职业技术学院特色人才培养模式若干问题的探讨

On Exploration of Several Questions of Unique Talents Cultivation Mode in Sanmenxia Polytechnic

构建特色鲜明的人才培养模式是高职教学改革的重点。本文结合教学实践,对三门峡职业技术学院的"岗位主导式"和"项目带动式"特色人才培养模式的实质、课程体系的建构,"岗位主导(证书引领)、项目带动"课程结构的改革,以及教学项目的设计与实施等几个人才培养模式的关键问题进行了一些思考和探讨。

It is the key point for the teaching reform in higher vocational colleges to construct a talents cultivation mode with distinct characteristic. This paper, on the basis of the author’s teaching practice, makes some discussions on such major issues as the nature of the unique talents cultivation modes, the construction of the curricula system, the reform of the curricula structure featured by post leading and project driving, and the design and implementation of the teaching programs.
