摘要
适宜的身体锻炼对个体身心健康的维护和促进、生活质量的提高具有非常重要的意义,锻炼行为理论可以有效地解释和预测个体的锻炼行为。本文介绍并剖析了健康信念理论、计划行为理论、行为分阶段转变理论和社会认知理论等四种以心理社会因素为基础的锻炼行为理论,并对这些理论的发展趋势做了展望。
Moderate physical exercise plays an important role in protection and Promotion of personal mental &physical well-being and improvement of human life quality.Theories of exercise behavior can interpret and fore-cast personal exercise behavior.This thesis introduces and analyzes four kinds of Theories of Exercise Behavior,which are based on psychosocial factor,such as the Health Belief Model、the Theory of Planned Behavior、The trans-theoretical model and stages of change and Social Cognitive Theory.Also the future development of these theories was discussed.
