扬州城市化与旅游发展的互动研究

A Research of the Mutual Action of Urbanization and Development of Tourism in Yangzhou

城市化与旅游发展之间,存在良性互动关系,也存在负面影响。扬州要实现城市化与城市旅游的协调发展,应当加强政府的合理引导,实行政府推动与市场运作相结合;将旅游规划纳入城市规划之中,实行城市建设与旅游发展一体化;加强资源与环境保护,促进城市建设、旅游发展与环境保护的协调统一;强化城市特色,树立鲜明的城市形象;加大旅游从业人员培训力度,提高城市劳动力整体素质。

There is positive mutual action between urbanization and development of tourism as well as negative influ- ence.In order to realize their harmonious development,there should be a reasonable guidance from the government and a cooperation of the promotion of the government and the operation of market;bring the program of tourism in- to line with the planning of the city to merge an organic whole of the urban construction and the development of tourism;strengthen the protection of resources and the environment against pollution to promote the harmony and u- nity of urban construction,development of tourism and protection of environment against pollution;set up distinctive features and image of the city;train more and better tourist workers to promote the comprehensive quality of urban laboring force.
