江苏省区域经济差异的成因与区域发展战略的选择

The Cause of Formation of the Difference of Regional Economy in Jiangsu and Choices of Strategy of Regional development

区域经济差异是社会不和谐的一大因素,解决好区域经济差异问题,对构建和谐社会非常重要。运用基尼系数和广义熵指数分析了改革开放以来江苏省区域经济差异的变化态势,探讨了江苏省区域经济差异的成因,并通过回归方法得出区域发展战略是最主要的成因。区域经济一体化战略是区域共同发展战略的深化与发展,能切实解决区域经济差异问题,而且江苏省已经具备实施区域经济一体化战略的基本条件。江苏省应通过深化体制改革和扩大对外开放,以期到2020年形成以"9个一体化"为内容的省域经济空间格局。

The difference of regional economy is an important factor affecting the harmony of society,so it's neces- sary to solve the problem to build up a harmonious society.This article,using Gini coefficient and generalized en- tropy index,analyses the changing tendency of the difference of regional economy in Jiangsu since the reform and opening-up,and makes a probe into its causes of formation,and has found out,by means of regression,that strate- gy of regional development is the main cause of formation.The integral strategy of regional economy is the deepen- ing and development of regional co-development,which is an approach to solve the problem of difference,while Jiangsu is basically qualified for carrying out this strategy.So Jaingsu should deepen its reform of system and widen its opening-up to form'nine integralities by 2020.
