Four Integrations in the Implementation of College Work-study Program

勤工助学工作是高校帮助贫困大学生解决经济困难的有效途径,但是,在具体实施过程中,出现了某些背离活动本意的情况。本文具体论述了如何结合学校教育、学生发展、完成学业、就业竞争等因素提高勤工助学的工作水平。

Work-study program is one of the most effective ways to assist impoverished students in institutions of higher learning.However,problems deviating from the original intention of the program arise during the process of implementation.This paper discusses how to add to the effectiveness of work-study program by integrating such factors as school education,development of students,accomplishment of academic work and competitiveness in the job-market.
