微波消化-原子吸收法测定卷烟中的钾、钠、钙、镁、铜、铁、锌、铅的研究

Determination of Potassium,Sodium,Calcium,Magnesium,Copper,Iron,Zinc,Lead in the Cut Tobacco,Smoke,Cigarette Paper,Unsmoked Filter Tips,Smoked Filter Tips by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer

用微波消化样品,并用火焰原子吸收法对6种品牌卷烟烟丝、烟气、盘纸、吸收烟气后的滤嘴及空白滤嘴中的钾、钠、钙、镁、铜、铁、锌、铅的含量进行了测定.测定结果表明,在不同种类的卷烟中,烟丝中各种金属元素的含量较高,卷烟盘纸中各种金属元素的含量相对较少,而烟气、吸收烟气后的滤嘴及空白滤嘴中各种元素的含量则较少.

The contents of potassium,sodium,calcium,manganese,copper,iron,zinc and lead in six types of cigarettes smoke,cut tobacco,cigarette paper,unsmoked filter tips,smoked filter tips are determined by the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The results showed that in different types of cigarettes,the contents of eight metals are relatively higher in tobacco,relatively lower in cigarette paper,and very little in cigarette smoke, smoked and unsmoked filters.
