摘要
提出了测定地塞米松的单扫描二阶导数示波极谱法,在0.10 mol/L HAc-0.10 mol/L NaAc(pH4.7)的缓冲溶液中,地塞米松于-1.14 V处产生一极谱还原波,二阶导数峰电流与其浓度在4.8×10-7~6.0×10-6 mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 3,n=8),检测限为1.0×10-7 mol/L,应用该方法测定了注射液中地塞米松磷酸钠的含量,结果令人满意.
A method is proposed for the determination of dexamethasone based on its reduction wave by single sweep derivative oscillopolarography.In 0.10 mol/L HAc-0.10 mol/L NaAc(pH 4.7) buffer solution,dexamethasone yields a reduction wave with the potential-1.14 V,the second-order derivative peak current of the reduction wave is linearly proportional to dexamethasone concentration in the range of 4.8×10-7~6.0×10-6 mol/L(r=0.999 3,n=8).The detection limit is 1.0×10-7 mol/L.The proposed method is applied to the determination of dexamethasone content in injection and a good result is obtained.
