摘要
目前,国内出现了一种新型的融资模式——房地产投资信托(REITs),这对我国从事房地产开发和流通的房地产企业具有借鉴意义。为此,应该建立信托制度,完善相关法律法规,保持政策的稳定性,保护中小投资者利益,并尽快建立一支专门管理队伍。
At present,REITs,a new-arising financial mode,is significant to China's real estate development and the circulating real estate enterprises.The trust system should be set up,the relevent rules and regulations should be perfected,and professional management should be formed to guarrantee the stability of the policy,and protect medium or small-sized enterprises.
