具有规则阵列结构的阳极氧化铝模板的制备

Preparation of Anodic Porous Alumina Template with Highly Ordered Array Structure

摘要 用两步阳极过程,分别在硫酸和草酸体系中制备出了纳米孔阵列氧化铝模板.从对其表面进行AFM和SEM表征的结果看,所制备的氧化铝模板微孔排列整齐,局部高度有序. Nanoporous anodic porous alumina templates were prepared by a two-step anodizing procedure in H2SO4 and H2C2O4,respectively.Observation by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and atomic force micrograph(AFM) shows that pores of the templates are well-laid-out and highly ordered in some areas.
