摘要
采用微波消解样品,氢化物原子吸收法测定砷含量.本法检出限为0.036 μg.Kg -1,变异系数RSD=5.48%,回收率为90%～101%.该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,可作为药用真菌羊肚菌中微量砷的测定方法.
Hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine arsenic with microwave digesting sample.The detection limit of the method was 0.036 μg/Kg,RSD=5.48%,the recovery was in the range of 90%～101%.Because this method is simple,rapid and very sensitive,it can be applied to the determination of trace arsenic in Morchella.
