The Comparison Between Fables from Zhuangzi and Hanfeizi

庄、韩寓言在用法上,在文学一般特点上相类似.但二人政治观、人生观、审美观不同,故寓言的思想内容、艺术特点多有不同:一是博大虚灵,一是阴深阻滞;一是超越本体,一是贯注世俗;一是哲学的,一是政治的;一是养生的,一是治人的;一是浪漫的,一是现实的;一是轻松快乐的;一是沉重愁苦的;一是平民的,一是政客的;一是自然的,一是人为的.

Although fables from Zhuangzi and Hanfeizi are similar in usage and literary features,their content and artistic styles are quite different because of the disparity of their authors in political view,the view of life and aesthetics: one is broad and the other deep;one detached and the other mundane;one philosophic and the other political;one for preserving people's health and the other for governing people;one romantic and the other realistic;one light and the other heavy;one democratic and the other of politician;one natural and the other factitious.
