普通高等师范院校师范生综合素质评价体系研究

Evaluation System of Comprehensive Quality for Normal University Students

当前关于大学生的综合素质评价体系研究很多,与大学生相对成熟的综合素质评价体系相比,专门针对师范生的综合素质评价方面的研究比较少。当前大部分普通高等师范院校对师范生与非师范生进行评价还是用同一个综合素质评价指标体系,对师范生考核的具体指标并不突出,因此在一定程度上影响了考核的效果及准确性。对此,从评价指标体系构建的角度分析现行师范生综合素质评价中存在的问题,并尝试运用层次分析法构建一个科学合理、便于操作的高师院校师范生综合素质评价指标体系。

At present,many universities adopt the same system to evaluate students' comprehensive quality,no matter they are normal school students or non-teaching students.The particular criteria for assessing normal university students are not clear,and hence affect the result and accuracy of the evaluation.This study discovers the problems existing in current evaluation system,and provides strategies for the building of an evaluation system of comprehensive evaluation for normal university students.
