摘要
从培训对事业赢得竞争优势具有战略意义的角度,就我国员工培训的现状、成因及培训系统的内容、培训系统运行机制的构建及其实效性评估等多个问题进行阐述;从建立严格的培训制度、进行准确的培训需求定位及积极促进培训成果转化等多方面提出可行性建议,并重点分析培训系统有效运行的关键要素与实施细节。
The business enterprise employee's training constitutes one of the key function in business enterprise human resource development and managements.To develop the business enterprise employee's training is not only realistic demand,but also has strategic meaning.The Business enterprise human resource training development system is an important sub-system.It must be strongly combined with business enterprise work analysis,the employee assessment,the performance evaluation and salaries program.Therefore,from the angle that training can help win competitive advantage and has strategic meaning,this paper explores employee's present training situation,the cause,the contents of training system,training system operation mechanism and its effectiveness valuation.It also puts forward possible suggestions on building strict training system,orienting accurate training need and promoting training effect actively.Meanwhile,it attaches importance to the key factors and detailed implementation in an effective training system operation.
