工学结合是高职院校人才培养的必由之路。工学结合教学要打破知识的系统性,建立以能力为主导的实践教学体系、管理机构、运行机制等,以便满足高职院校的教育教学、技能鉴定、职业培训和社会服务四位一体的实践教学运行机制要求,实现学生理论学习和工作实践的紧密结合。

The Mode of Work and Study is a necessary way to cultivate students in vocational college.The teaching approach combining work and study requires us to break the systematic knowledge frame,so as to construct the practice teaching system,management institution and operation mechanism on the ability-improving basis.This approach can also satisfy the requirements of education and teaching,skill verification,professional training and society service which enable students of vocational college to combine learning tightly with work.
