Brief Introduction to Netherlands' Competence-based VET and its Apocalypse

摘要 能本教育历史久远,以其为发展平台的能本职业教育和培训(简称能本VET)目前在荷兰教育中有着举足轻重的作用。它用能本的混合型课程代替了一成不变的教学课程,并注重能力定向的校企结合学习、能力评估及教师角色的转变,在课程设置、教师行动研究及评价体系等方面对我国的"订单教育"都有一定的启示。 Competence-based Vocational Education and Training(Competence-based VET),in the framework of competence-based education which has a long history,now plays an important role in Netherlands' education.It replaces fixed curriculum with mixed ones and pays more attention to competence-oriented study in school and enterprise,as well as competence assessment and changing of teacher's role.Thus,its curriculum design,teacher's action research and evaluation system can inspire our 'Order-oriented Education' development.
