对传统课堂教学模式的弊端进行剖析,并针对这些弊端对英语课堂教学进行改革试验,采用课前五分钟英语演讲的教学方式来激活英语课堂教学、活跃课堂气氛,使学生学习英语的兴趣得到提高,在促进英语教学的同时也培养学生参与实践的能力,以此为我国应用型英语人才的培养进行有益的尝试和探索。

This paper firstly analyzes the deficiency of the traditional teaching model.Thus,the author makes reform in English teaching based on its demerits,that is,through 5-minute English speech pre-class to activate English teaching,improve classroom atmosphere and stimulate students' interests.Furthermore,it also improves English teaching and cultivates students' abilities.This try can provide enlightenment in the cultivation of practical English talents.
